Burgers with mushrooms and chicken white meat - these burgers are extremely tasty and juicy, and if you try them once, you will want to make them again...
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 300 g of chicken breast
- 2 green onions (1-2 green onions (or 1 onion))
- 4 cloves of garlic (3-4 cloves)
- 2 tablespoons of flour ((I used rye flour))
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- salt (to taste)
- oil (if needed)
- ground pepper (to taste)
- Cut the white chicken meat and champignons into smaller pieces and chop them together with the black and garlic or grind them in a meat grinder.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the resulting mixture, mix everything well and let it stand in the refrigerator for about ten minutes.
- Take the mixture with a spoon or with your hands, form small steaks and fry them in hot oil until they brown on both sides.
- Place the fried steaks on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil and serve. They are delicious both hot and cold.
