Podvarak with prunes - sweet and sour podvarak, recipe for podvarak sent by our colleague Marija Mirković.
- 1 kg of sauerkraut
- 1 onion
- 3 pieces of bay leaf
- 50 g of rice
- 15 pieces of prunes
- so
- dry herbal spice
- red hot pepper
- beaver
- Saute chopped onion in oil. Add chopped cabbage and bay leaf, then simmer until soft. Add chopped prunes and half-cooked rice, salt, herbs, red pepper, pepper. Mix everything and pour into an oiled baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
