White bread cake - soft as cotton.

It is necessary:

  • 2,5 dcl of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 spoon of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 piece of egg white
  • 550 g of flour

To coat:

  • 1 piece of egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 spoons of milk
  • flax (seeds)
  • sesame (seeds)
  1. Put sugar and dry yeast in lukewarm milk, let it stand for 5 minutes, then add 1 egg, egg whites, oil and flour.
    Knead the mixture, make it and leave it to rise.
    When the dough has risen, make it and divide it into 4 parts. Divide each part of the dough from 3 parts into 3 balls, we have 9 balls in total. Leave the fourth part of the dough for later.
    Arrange nine balls on the bottom of a mold with a ring previously greased with butter. One ball of dough inside the mold and 8 balls around the mold.
    Divide the fourth part of the dough that we left aside into 2 parts and roll both parts into a circle of 15 cm. Cut the circles of dough into 8 triangles. Place the triangles of 1 circle on the dough balls, making sure that the edges of the triangle are outside to the rim of the mold. From the second dough, arrange the triangles between the 2 balls of dough. The lower wider part of the triangle should be slightly folded before placing it between the balls of dough.
    When we assemble the scone, coat the rim of the mold with butter and place it, fitting the bottom of the mold where we arranged the dough.
    Beat 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of milk, coat the cake, sprinkle the center with flax and the petals with sesame seeds, leave to stand for 40 minutes and bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
