Scones.

Cake, ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1/3 yeast,
  • 2.5 dl milk,
  • 50 g of margarine,
  • 1 egg + 1 for coating,
  • flax and sesame seeds,
  • 3 tablespoons of oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Cake, preparation:

  • Put yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of flour in warm milk and leave it to rise for 10 minutes.
  • Pour flour, salt, oil, egg and added yeast into the pan and knead a smooth dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
  • Knead the resulting dough, spread it with a rolling pin as thin as possible. Spread it with softened margarine and cut it into strips diagonally.
  • Fold it into a roll from the right side, fold it into a circle and put it in a greased pan. Leave it to rise for 15 minutes, brush it with a beaten egg and sprinkle flax seeds in the folds and sesame seeds around.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
