Scones.
Cake, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/3 yeast,
- 2.5 dl milk,
- 50 g of margarine,
- 1 egg + 1 for coating,
- flax and sesame seeds,
- 3 tablespoons of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Cake, preparation:
- Put yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of flour in warm milk and leave it to rise for 10 minutes.
- Pour flour, salt, oil, egg and added yeast into the pan and knead a smooth dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
- Knead the resulting dough, spread it with a rolling pin as thin as possible. Spread it with softened margarine and cut it into strips diagonally.
- Fold it into a roll from the right side, fold it into a circle and put it in a greased pan. Leave it to rise for 15 minutes, brush it with a beaten egg and sprinkle flax seeds in the folds and sesame seeds around.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
