Sliced ​​cake with dry basil.

Sliced ​​bread with dry basil, ingredients:

  • 2,5 dl of milk
  • 1 cup (from black coffee) oil
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1/2 piece of yeast
  • 500 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of dried basil

Sliced ​​cake, with dry basil, preparation:

  • Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast to warm milk, dissolve by stirring, add eggs and oil, mix everything evenly.
  • Add salt to the sifted flour and mix by hand. Add the mass with yeast and knead the dough.
  • Leave the dough covered in a warm place for half an hour to rise.
  • Melt the butter, knead the dough, tear off pieces of dough with your hands, dip them in butter, arrange them in a greased mold, sprinkle with dry basil.
  • Repeat the process until you use up the dough, leave the scone to rise in a warm place. Bake it in an oven heated to 200 degrees for about thirty minutes.
