Pogača recipe - traditionally, pogača is a type of round bread, which in the past was baked every day in the household.

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 bag of dry yeast
  • water
  • rosemary
  1. In a deep mixing bowl, pour the flour. Add sea salt, yeast and a spoonful of oil and mix well. Add water, stirring constantly. The dough should be of medium hardness. Knead it until bubbles start to form. The more the dough is kneaded, the better and more hollow the cake will be. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then knead.
  2. Grease the baking tray with oil (or place baking paper on the tray). Spread the scone dough on a baking sheet and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place. To taste, you can sprinkle the scone with coarse sea salt and rosemary. Before baking, prick the dough with a fork.
  3. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
