Cake with ajvar.
Cake with ajvar, ingredients:
- 650 g of flour,
- 300 ml of lukewarm water,
- 25 g of yeast,
- 1,5 teaspoon of salt,
- half a teaspoon of sugar,
- 3 tablespoons of oil,
- 3 spoons of ajvar and
- 20 g of margarine.
Cake with ajvar, preparation:
- In a bowl with flour, add lukewarm water, whipped yeast and sugar, salt, oil, ajvar and margarine.
- Knead the dough, add more flour if necessary, because the dough should be neither too gooey nor too hard.
- Leave the dough to rise for about twenty minutes.
- Grease the pan, sprinkle with flour, knead the dough, put it in the pan and let it rest for another twenty minutes.
- Just before baking, spray the dough with a little water.
- Bake in a heated oven at 250 degrees for about thirty minutes.
- Towards the end of baking, reduce the temperature.
