Cake with chocolate and jam.

Cake with chocolate and jam, ingredients:

For the dough you need:

  • 400 g of flour,
  • 1 bag of dry yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 200 ml of lukewarm milk,
  • 50 ml of oil,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 pinch of soil.

For coating

  • 50 g of chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons of jam.

Cake with chocolate and jam, preparation:

  • Add yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and flour to lukewarm milk. When the yeast rises, add oil, egg, a pinch of salt, flour and knead a smooth dough, then cover and let it rise for about half an hour.
  • Knead the risen dough and divide it into 4 balls. Roll each ball into a circle with a diameter of about 20 cm.
  • Put the first circle on the baking paper, cover it with chocolate, then put the second circle, cover it with jam and cover the third one with chocolate again, and the fourth one is not covered.
  • Mark a small circle with a small cup in the middle.
  • Cut from the edge of the marked circle towards the ends into 4 places, then into 8 and finally into 16 parts in total. Then take one part and twist it three times on one side, and the other on the other side, then connect them.
  • Transfer the scone with baking paper to a baking sheet, cover and let it rise while the oven is heated to 200 degrees.
  • Before baking, coat with a little melted margarine and bake for about 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy every bite.
