Cake with black sesame.
Cake with black sesame, ingredients:
- 700 g of flour,
- 20 g of yeast,
- 200 ml of yogurt,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 50 ml of oil,
- 5 tablespoons of black sesame,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar and
- 1 teaspoon of salt.

Cake with black sesame, preparation:
- Soak the yeast in lukewarm milk, then add sugar and stir to dissolve the yeast. Then add the rest of the milk, yogurt, salt, oil, sesame, flour and knead a medium-hard dough,
- Leave it in a warm place to rest for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the cake into the desired shape.
- Cover the pan with baking paper, then put the cake down, let it rest for another twenty minutes.
- Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and reduce it to 180 degrees.
- Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
Decorate the cake to taste.
