Pie with buckwheat flour and nettle.

Pie with buckwheat flour and nettle, ingredients:

  • 1 cup of buckwheat flour for white coffee,
  • 1 cup for white coffee corn grits,
  • 2 cups of white flour for white coffee,
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped dry nettles,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1,5 dl of oil,
  • 1 dry yeast,
  • 4 dl of lukewarm water i
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Pie with buckwheat flour and nettle, preparation:

  • Put lukewarm water, sugar and yeast in the bowl in which the bread will be kneaded and mix.
  • When the yeast rises, add buckwheat flour, white flour, corn semolina and chopped nettle, which has been mixed five times, add salt and oil and knead the dough.
  • The dough is sticky, so it is necessary to add a little flour to make it uniform.
  • Leave the dough to rise in the bowl, knead the risen dough and divide it into eight parts, so that seven parts are the same size and one part is bigger.
  • Make a ball out of the larger part and put it in the middle of a round pan lined with parchment paper or greased and sprinkled with flour.
  • And from the other 7 parts, make balls and put them around the biggest part so that you get a flower and let it grow.
  • Turn on the oven at 200 degrees to heat it up, during which time the dough will rise again.
  • Put the dough that you have previously smeared with fat into the heated oven and bake it at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, and then for another 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Remove the baked cake from the oven and wash it with water. Wrap it in a cloth and let it cool.
