Cake with rolls.
Cake with buns, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1/3 yeast,
- 2.5 dl milk,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 2 haha,
- 50 g of softened margarine,
- sesame and flax,
- 5 tablespoons of oil.
Cake with muffins, preparation:
- Put a little milk, sugar, a teaspoon of flour and yeast in a pot, stir and let it rise.
- Put flour, salt, 1 egg, yeast and the rest of the milk in a mixing bowl and knead the dough smoothly and let it rise for 40 minutes.
- Knead the resulting dough, cut one small ball and divide the rest into 3 parts.
- Roll out each part with a rolling pin and coat with softened margarine and stack one on top of the other.
- Roll out a circle as large as possible with a rolling pin and cut it into 16 triangles. Cut 8 triangles near the edge and pass the top through the slit 3 times and roll the bun from the wider part and place them in a 30 cm pan greased with margarine in a circle along the edge.
- Twist the other eight triangles into a bun so that it bends along one edge so it looks like half a bun and stack the top between the buns.
- Put a small ball from the beginning in the middle and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with flax and sesame seeds as desired and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- When removed, cover with a cloth to cool and then remove from the pan.
