  • 2 dl yogurt,
  • 100 g of small cheese,
  • 1 cube of yeast,
  • 1 spoons of sugar,
  • a dozen nettle leaves,

  • 50 ml of oil and
  • 1 egg.

Cake with nettle, grilled, preparation:

  • Mix the yeast with a little milk, flour and sugar, leave to stand.
  • Add milk, yogurt, oil, cheese, egg, flour, whole nettle leaves, salt to taste and knead the dough.
  • Leave the dough to rise.
  • Knead the dough, grease the pan, put the scone, coat it with a mixture of flour and water.
  • You can arrange whole nettle leaves on the cake, but you don't have to. I arranged the nettle leaves.
  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until the cake is nicely browned.
