Scones with nettles, embers.
Pie with nettle, grilled, ingredients:
- 600-700 g of flour,
- 2 dl milk,
- 2 dl yogurt,
- 100 g of small cheese,
- 1 cube of yeast,
- 1 spoons of sugar,
- a dozen nettle leaves,
- so,
- 50 ml of oil and
- 1 egg.
Cake with nettle, grilled, preparation:
- Mix the yeast with a little milk, flour and sugar, leave to stand.
- Add milk, yogurt, oil, cheese, egg, flour, whole nettle leaves, salt to taste and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough to rise.
- Knead the dough, grease the pan, put the scone, coat it with a mixture of flour and water.
- You can arrange whole nettle leaves on the cake, but you don't have to. I arranged the nettle leaves.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until the cake is nicely browned.
