Pancakes with olives.
Cake with olives, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 bag of dry yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 250 ml of lukewarm water and
- 200 g of green olives.
Cake with olives, preparation:
- Add dry yeast, sugar, salt, mayonnaise, lukewarm water to the flour and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough to rest for about 1 hour.
- After that, knead the dough, then leave it to rest for about 30 minutes.
- Line a rectangular tray with baking paper and heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Roll out the dough and divide it into two parts.
- Spread 3/4 of the whole olives on the first part, then cover with the second part of the cake.
- Cut the rest of the olives into rings and press them on the cake.
- Put the scone in the pan and then in the oven and bake it until it's done, check with a wooden stick if it's done, if the dough doesn't stick to the stick, it's done.
I liked the cake so much that I made another one, only now I rolled out the dough with a rolling pin, spread the olives over the dough, and wrapped the dough in a roll. She rolled the roll into a circle and cut it into a circle on the side. I don't know which one is more beautiful.
