Mincemeat scone - I made a large mincemeat scone, however, my housemates liked it much more when I used a glass to take out rings and shape them, like scones.
Pie with minced meat, ingredients:
- 250 g of minced meat (pork, beef, mixed), to taste,
- 1 head of onion,
- to taste salt, pepper, dry spice,
- 3 eggs,
- 2,5 dl yogurt,
- 20 tablespoon of flour,
- 1 spoon of dry yeast i
- fat for braising.
Pie with minced meat, preparation:
- Sauté a head of onion in fat or oil, with minced meat, this time I used pork.
- Add salt, pepper, dry spice.
- Leave to cool, and in the meantime mix flour, eggs, yogurt and dry yeast.
- Add stewed meat to the whipped dough.
- Cover the pan with baking paper and pour the mixture.
- Bake the scone in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it is nicely browned.
