Cake with pancakes - Suzana Mitić
Scone with pancakes - juicy and soft scone, which you can't resist.
It is necessary:
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl of milk
- 1 dl of water
- 1 dl oil
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 baking powder
- 3 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 900 g of flour
- 200 g of sunkarica
- 200 g of cheese
- 100 g of cottage cheese
- 100 g of sour cream
For pancakes you need;
- 1 egg
- 2 dl of milk
- 1 dl of water
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 150 g of flour.
- Make the mixture from the pancakes and fry them in the usual way.
- Put yeast, a spoonful of sugar and a few spoonfuls of flour in lukewarm milk.
- Stir with a whisk and leave for about 10 minutes for the yeast to rise.
- Put eggs, oil, water in a pan, pour in the rising yeast and knead a smooth dough with flour.
- Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to rise.
- Divide the dough into two parts.
- Roll out one part with a rolling pin larger than the baking tray in which it will be baked. The ends of the dough should stick out of the tray.
- Spread with cream and line up the pancakes. Two can fit in my pan.
- Place crumbled cheese over the pancakes.
- Arrange the pancakes again.
- Spread with sour cream and arrange the sunkarica.
- Cover with pancakes.
- Spread with sour cream and grate the cheese.
- The dough should be somewhere in the middle of the dough.
- Arrange the pancakes again, cover with cream and crumble the cheese.
- Cover with pancakes and cover with sour cream.
- Roll out the second part of the dough with a rolling pin to the size of a baking sheet. Join the edges of the dough with your hand - make a dough rim.
- Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
- Cut as desired. Pleasant.
