Spinach cake - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Spinach scones.

Spinach cake, ingredients:

  • half a cube of yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 500 g of flour,
  • a handful of chopped spinach and
  • lukewarm water

Pancakes with spinach, preparation:

  • Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water, sugar and a little flour and let it rise.
  • Pour flour, yeast, chopped spinach and salt into the pan.
  • Add enough water to get a medium-thick dough, knead until it starts to separate and does not stick to your fingers, if necessary add more flour.
  • Leave the dough to rise.
  • Stir and place in the pan to rest a little longer.
  • I baked the scone in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
  • Spray the baked cake with water, wrap it in a cloth and leave it to cool.
