Spinach scones.
Spinach cake, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- half a cube of yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- little sugar,
- a dozen spinach leaves and
- lukewarm water.
Pancakes with spinach, preparation:
- Mix the yeast with a little warm water and sugar, leave to rise.
- Pour flour, yeast, chopped spinach and salt into the pan.
- Add enough water to get a medium-hard dough.
- Knead until it starts to separate and doesn't stick to your fingers. If you need to add a little more flour, leave the dough to rise.
- Knead the dough to form a scone, cover the pan with baking paper and place the scone.
- Heat the oven and bake the scone until it is baked.
- Check with a wooden stick: if there are no traces of dough on the stick, it is baked.
