Spinach scones.

Spinach cake, ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour,
  • half a cube of yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • little sugar,
  • a dozen spinach leaves and
  • lukewarm water.

Pancakes with spinach, preparation:

  • Mix the yeast with a little warm water and sugar, leave to rise.
  • Pour flour, yeast, chopped spinach and salt into the pan.
  • Add enough water to get a medium-hard dough.
  • Knead until it starts to separate and doesn't stick to your fingers. If you need to add a little more flour, leave the dough to rise.
  • Knead the dough to form a scone, cover the pan with baking paper and place the scone.
  • Heat the oven and bake the scone until it is baked.
  • Check with a wooden stick: if there are no traces of dough on the stick, it is baked.
