Scones with spelled flour.
Cake with spelled flour, ingredients:
- 300 g of spelled flour
- 100 ml of acidic water
- 100 ml of yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- half a teaspoon of salt
- half a teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds
Cake with spelled flour, preparation:
- Put the flour in the bowl.
- Add baking powder, salt, sesame, sugar, oil, egg, sour water and yogurt.
- Knead the cake.
- Place 1 tablespoon of spelled flour on parchment paper and shape into a loaf.
- Cut the bread with the blunt side of the knife.
- Bake in a heated oven at 220 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Pleasant!
