Cake, ingredients:
- 30 tablespoon of flour,
- 4 dl sour milk,
- 1 cup oil,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1 teaspoon of salt and
- 1 egg.

Cake, preparation:
- Put flour, salt, baking soda in a bowl, add oil, egg and sour milk. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
- Grease the pan, sprinkle with flour and put the melted cake in the pan. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of cold water with 4 tablespoons of milk and coat the whole cake. With the blunt side of a knife, score the cake, that is, make cubes.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, or until the cake is baked.
