Cake, ingredients:

  • 900 g of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • half a teaspoon of sugar,
  • 20 g of fresh yeast,
  • 225 ml of milk,
  • 125 ml of water and
  • 1 dl of oil.

To coat:

  • 2 egg yolks.

Cake, preparation:

  • Add sugar, crushed yeast and a little flour to lukewarm milk.
  • Leave it in a warm place to rise, about fifteen minutes.
  • When the yeast rises, add water, oil, salt and flour.
  • Knead the mixture so that it is not too hard.
  • Let's leave it for about an hour in a warm place for the dough to rise.
  • Grease the pan, sprinkle it with flour.
  • Brush the cake with egg yolk and let it rise for another half hour.
  • Bake in a heated oven until nicely browned.
