Scones. You can shape the scone according to your taste, I tied the scone loosely with twine and baked it like that.
When the cake cooled down, I carefully removed the twine, but it still frayed a little. I think she gained even more charm with that. It's not perfect, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Cake, ingredients:
- 900 g of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- half a teaspoon of sugar,
- 20 g of fresh yeast,
- 225 ml of milk,
- 125 ml of water and
- 1 dl of oil.
To coat:
- 2 egg yolks.
Cake, preparation:
- Add sugar, crushed yeast and a little flour to lukewarm milk.
- Leave it in a warm place to rise, about fifteen minutes.
- When the yeast rises, add water, oil, salt and flour.
- Knead the mixture so that it is not too hard.
- Let's leave it for about an hour in a warm place for the dough to rise.
- Grease the pan, sprinkle it with flour.
- Brush the cake with egg yolk and let it rise for another half hour.
- Bake in a heated oven until nicely browned.
