Scones.

Cake, ingredients:

  • 600 g of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 5 spoons of sour cream,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 200 to 250 ml of milk and
  • 20g of fresh yeast.

Cake, preparation:

  • Crumble the yeast and one teaspoon of sugar into the lukewarm milk.
  • Add one teaspoon of salt and five spoons of cream.
  • Leave in a warm place to rise.
  • When the yeast rises, put it in the flour and knead the dough.
  • Leave the kneaded dough to rest for about 30 minutes, then knead it.
  • Grease a round pan and sprinkle with flour, form a loaf and put it in the pan.
  • Leave it to rest for another ten minutes.
  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake until it is nicely browned.
  • Decorate the baked scone to taste.
