Scones.
Cake, ingredients:
- 600 g of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 5 spoons of sour cream,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 200 to 250 ml of milk and
- 20g of fresh yeast.
Cake, preparation:
- Crumble the yeast and one teaspoon of sugar into the lukewarm milk.
- Add one teaspoon of salt and five spoons of cream.
- Leave in a warm place to rise.
- When the yeast rises, put it in the flour and knead the dough.
- Leave the kneaded dough to rest for about 30 minutes, then knead it.
- Grease a round pan and sprinkle with flour, form a loaf and put it in the pan.
- Leave it to rest for another ten minutes.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake until it is nicely browned.
- Decorate the baked scone to taste.
