Scones with crackers.

Scones with crackers, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 3,5 dl of milk
  • 1 fresh yeast
  • 1 dl oil
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons of salt

Crackers:

  • 1/2 kg of coarsely ground crackers

Scones with crackers, preparation:

  • Knead a medium soft dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
  • Roll it out and spread it with a little crackling, fold the dough and spread again with crackling.
  • Roll out and repeat the process until we run out of crackers.
  • The more times we fold the dough, the better and fluffier it will be when baked.
  • After we have used up all the crackers, let the dough rise for at least half an hour.
  • Roll out the dough again to the thickness of a finger and cut out circles with a rolling pin.
  • Place in a greased pan and cover with a little fat or margarine.
  • I like to salt them a little more, they are tastier.
  • Bake at 180* for about 20 minutes.
