Scones with parsley.

Scones with parsley, ingredients:

  • half a cube of yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 500 g of flour,
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley leaves i
  • lukewarm water.

Scones with parsley, preparation:

  • Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water, sugar and a little flour and let it rise.
  • Pour flour, yeast, chopped parsley leaves and salt into the pan. Add enough water to get a medium-thick dough, knead until it starts to separate and does not stick to your fingers, if necessary add more flour.
  • Leave the dough to rise.
  • Knead, spread with a rolling pin and a glass, take out medium-sized rings.
  • Cover the pan with baking paper and bake the scones in a hot oven, just make sure they don't overcook.
