Scones with leeks, ingredients:
- 250 g of small cheese,
- 250 g of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 250 g of margarine,
- one stalk of leek and
- salt to taste.
Egg yolks for coating, cumin for sprinkling.
Scones with leeks, preparation:
- Knead the dough from margarine, cheese, flour and at the end add a teaspoon of baking powder and chopped leek, then let it rest in the cold for half an hour.
- Roll out the dough and remove the rings with a glass.
- Coat the rolls with egg yolk, sprinkle with cumin and bake for a short time.
