Scones with seeds - tasty and healthy scones with various seeds and different types of flour.
- 300 gr. rye flour
- 100 gr. wheat flour
- 100 gr. corn flour
- 200 ml. oils
- 200 ml. white wine
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 150 g. linseed
- 150 gr. sunflower seeds
- 100 gr. sesame seeds
- All the necessary ingredients: rye, corn and wheat flour, oil, white wine, sunflower, flax and sesame seeds, salt, pepper and baking powder, put in a bowl and knead a smooth dough (if it is necessary to add lukewarm water to make the dough as soft as possible).
- Leave it in a warm place for about half an hour.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut out scones with a cookie cutter and arrange them in a pan.
- Bake the scones in an oven heated to 200*C for about 15 minutes. The seeds are used raw. Do not grease the baking tray because the scones are greasy enough. I use baking paper.
You can use any flour and the amount you like, with the total weight of all flours being 500g.
