Scones with cheese.
Cheese scones, ingredients:
- 2 cups of yogurt,
- 3/4 cup oil,
- 1 baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 5 cups of flour,
- 150 g of cheese,
- 1 egg,
- sesame.
Scones with cheese, preparation:
- Pour oil, yogurt, salt, baking powder into a bowl and mix. Gradually add flour and mix. Finally, craft it well.
- Divide the dough into 16 balls.
- Beat the cheese with the egg white.
- Spread each ball in the palm of your hand, put a teaspoon of cheese and roll it up to form a scone and arrange it in a baking tray.
- Beat the egg yolks with a teaspoon of yogurt and coat the scones, sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven.
