Scones, ingredients:

  • 250g of small cheese,
  • 250g of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • 250g of margarine and
  • salt to taste
  • sunflower, poppy, flax seeds for sprinkling,
  • egg yolks for coating.

Scones, preparation:

  • Knead the dough from margarine, cheese, flour, and finally add a teaspoon of baking powder, then let it rest in the cold for half an hour.
  • Roll out the dough and remove the rings with a glass.
  • Coat the rings with yolk, sprinkle with seeds and bake for a short time, about 10 minutes, depending on the stove.
