Fried soybeans – a delicious warm appetizer!

  • 100 g pieces of soy
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g of flour
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • so
  • landing
  1. Boil the pieces of soy in seasoned water for about 15 minutes. Drain the soybeans, roll in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry the pieces of soybeans in hot oil until they are golden brown on all sides. Serve with vegetables and, if desired, sprinkle with grated cheese while the soy is still hot.
