Italian-style fried chickpeas - the perfect taste of the dish! An interesting recipe for all lovers of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

  • 6 pieces of sternum (pork, boneless)
  • 6 pieces of cheese (leaves)
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 piece of lemon
  • oil for frying
  1. Pound the meat, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork and add salt.
  3. Roll the pastry in flour, then in egg and again in flour.
  4. Then take the sheet of cheese and press it so that it sticks to the meat.
  5. Dip again in eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry the prepared meat in heated oil, first the lower side and then the side with the cheese.
  7. You can serve baked potatoes as a side dish.
