Italian-style fried chickpeas - the perfect taste of the dish! An interesting recipe for all lovers of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
- 6 pieces of sternum (pork, boneless)
- 6 pieces of cheese (leaves)
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 200 grams of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 piece of lemon
- oil for frying
- Pound the meat, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Beat the eggs with a fork and add salt.
- Roll the pastry in flour, then in egg and again in flour.
- Then take the sheet of cheese and press it so that it sticks to the meat.
- Dip again in eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the prepared meat in heated oil, first the lower side and then the side with the cheese.
- You can serve baked potatoes as a side dish.
