Fried pancakes - Suzana Mitić

Fried pancakes - pancakes are very rewarding to make, they can be both salty and sweet. These mine are made from a little bit of everything, what is found in the fridge.

Fried pancakes - Suzana Mitić

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dl of milk
  • 1 dl of sour water
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • about 200 grams of flour

To coat:

  • 100 g of kecap
  • 100 g of cream
  • 200 g of salami of your choice
  • 2 pickles
  • -For frying:
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • breadcrumbs
  • a little sesame
  • 2 eggs
  1. Make a pancake mixture and fry them.
  2. Spread each pancake with kepka, cream, put 2 whole rings of salami and one piece of pickle cut lengthwise.
  3. Fold the pancake from one side and the other and roll it up.
  4. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up.
  5. Mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Beat the eggs with a fork. Put each pancake in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
  6. Fry in hot oil until it catches a nice crispy crust.
