Fried pancakes - pancakes are very rewarding to make, they can be both salty and sweet. These mine are made from a little bit of everything, what is found in the fridge.

Fried pancakes - Suzana Mitić
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl of milk
- 1 dl of sour water
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- about 200 grams of flour
To coat:
- 100 g of kecap
- 100 g of cream
- 200 g of salami of your choice
- 2 pickles
- -For frying:
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- breadcrumbs
- a little sesame
- 2 eggs
- Make a pancake mixture and fry them.
- Spread each pancake with kepka, cream, put 2 whole rings of salami and one piece of pickle cut lengthwise.
- Fold the pancake from one side and the other and roll it up.
- Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up.
- Mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Beat the eggs with a fork. Put each pancake in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
- Fry in hot oil until it catches a nice crispy crust.
