Fried savory pancakes - sometimes, I simply get bored of ordinary savory pancakes, so I decide to eat them. Very simple.

  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 150 g of flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • landing
  • 150 g of ham (cut into strips)
  • 150 g mozzarella (shredded)
  • 150 g of cheese (grated)
  • ketchup
  • Origan
  • tartar sauce
  1. Whip up the classic pancake batter. (eggs, milk, flour, water, salt and sugar)
  2. Fry the pancakes in a little oil. Let them be a little thicker, so that they don't crack during rolling and frying.
  3. Fill the pancakes: spread ketchup on one half, put some oregano, ham, cheese and mozzarella (optionally also mushrooms, but previously fried and finely chopped). Bend the ends inward and roll into a roll.
  4. Dip each pancake separately in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Be sure to do so in that order and make sure they don't open on you.
  5. Drop one pancake at a time into the hot oil and take it out when it turns brown.
  6. Add a little tartar sauce or parmesan or grated cheese to the pancakes, depending on the taste and serve.

You can fill with other ingredients if you want.
This meal is quite heavy, so two pancakes like this are usually enough even for hungry people.
Bake as many pancakes as you can and sweeten yourself up 🙂
