Fried zucchini.
Fried zucchini, ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized zucchini
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice
- 2 tablespoons (flat) flour
- oil for frying
Fried zucchini, preparation:
- Wash the zucchini, clean and cut into rings.
- Add salt and leave to stand for about half an hour. Drain the liquid released by the zucchini.
- Beat eggs, add spices and flour and mix. Dip the zucchini rings in this mixture.
- Fry in heated oil, first on one side. When golden brown, turn and fry the other side.
- Put the fried ones on a paper napkin to absorb the excess fat.
- Serve warm with cheese and salad. Pleasant!
