Fried cauliflower - a simple and delicious lunch.

  • 1 piece cauliflower (medium head)
  • dry seasoning (to taste)
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 200 g of flour
  • 300 ml of oil for frying
  • pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and put it in a bowl.
    Pour water, add a little salt and put it to boil.
    Cook for about 15 minutes until the cauliflower is soft.

  2. When it is soft, take it out of the water, season it (salt, pepper, dry spices) and leave it to cool completely.
    During this time, beat the eggs.
    Dip each flower in flour, egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
    Leave it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
    Pour oil into the pan and when it is hot, fry the cauliflower on all sides until it gets a nice color.
