Vitamin chicory salad, cucumber baskets, hilarious tuna, baked cauliflower in the Turkish style, macarons, carrot sticks, fruit salad with stevia, risotto with mussels, Leskovac mućkalica, seeded wholemeal pie, kitnikez, healthy New Year's balls... Among these 12 recipes are hidden there is one winner that will be announced next Tuesday as the best of the past year 2015 on the "Recipes and Chef" website. Of course, our readers will have the opportunity to read them in the next issue and try them out, promises Miodrag Ilić, the owner of the project and responsible editor of the portal, who says that he cooks as a hobby, but not often.
The online "Recipes and Chef" is a site that explains how to prepare around 1.400 dishes and sweets and, according to Ilić, it makes it easier for anyone who needs to find a good way to prepare chicken, find the perfect recipe for a birthday cake or try to plan a complete menu for seven days.
And while the jury works hard and evaluates, and the cooks who cooked and painted their favorite dishes are waiting for the results and prizes (from multi-practice, honey products to wardrobe vouchers), some already published recipes will be useful to our readers as well.
