It's hot. Children's favorite breakfast or dinner. The meal we grew up with.

Popara, ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of fat
  • 3 slices of stale bread
  • 150 ml of water
  • salt to taste
  • 100 g of dry small cheese

Popara, preparation:

  • Put water in a pot and add fat. Tear the bread into larger pieces.
  • When the water boils, add the pieces of bread and mix.
  • Fry them.
  • The most important thing is that there is no more water, so that pieces of bread remain.
  • Serve warm with cheese sprinkled on top.
