The Recipes and Cookbook online portal awards the best traditional homemade recipes in 2018! Submit your recipe for this contest, and win one of the valuable prizes for the best traditional recipe of 2018! For the five best traditional recipes, the prize will be the book Traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine.
Notes:
- the prizes for the 5 best recipes will be the book Traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine signed by the author
- all collaborators of the Recipes and Kuvar online portals, who wish to participate in this competition, are obliged to comply Terms of use of the portal, as well as the Rules and conditions of the competition (below, further down in the text).
- All YOUR traditional recipes (recipes of associate chefs), which you send via the email address info[at]recepti-kuvar.rs, participate in the prize competition.
Therefore, recipes published by the editorial office of Recipes and Kuvar online will not participate in the competition.
Evaluation criteria:
Special attention will be paid to creativity and presentation during evaluation. The number of recipe views on the website Recipes i Kuvar online, the number of likes on the Facebook page Recipes i Kuvar online, as well as the evaluations of the jury, in which the author and collaborators of the book Traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine will participate, will be collected.
Rules and conditions of the competition - Recipes and Cookbook online
Please read the competition rules, which are listed below and which you automatically accept by registering on the Recipes and Kuvar online portal and participating in this competition (hereinafter referred to as "Rules").
By participating in the competition, you accept the stated rules as follows. The organizer of the contest is Linkom-PC doo, Novi Beograd, Omladinskih brigada 83/51, Republic of Serbia, (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), which may freely use the submitted recipes, photos and texts for its advertising purposes.
REGULATIONS
The contest is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old, and who properly send a prescription as an application for participation in the contest.
The following persons do not have the right to participate:
- employees of the Organizer, associates under the contract, directors and managers or in related companies or in firms that are in any way engaged in the organization and/or implementation of this competition and/or those activities are carried out directly, persons who are their blood relatives in the direct line without limitation, and in the collateral line up to the fourth degree of kinship, as well as persons who live with those persons in the same household.
APPLICATION RULES
Everyone has the right to send an unlimited number of recipes. The organizer has the inalienable right to decide whether to publish the submitted recipe, photo and text on the website Recipes and cooking online and allow the sender to participate in the competition.
As a condition for participating in the contest, the user agrees to: Guarantee the contest organizer and transfer to him all rights for copying, reproduction, distribution, publication or any other use (without limitation) of submitted messages (recipes).
The organizer is free to use the message (recipe) in any media.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
To participate in the contest, you can submit your recipe as follows:
- by sending an email to the email address info[at]recepti-kuvar.rs with the necessary information for identification. The necessary data for a complete application are: Name and surname, Address, Place of residence, Contact telephone
- by sending the recipe to the email address info[at]recepti-kuvar.rs, in which it is MANDATORY to fill in: Name of the dish, Ingredients and quantity, For the number of people, Time of preparation, Method of preparation, Serving, Photo of the finished dish (one or more photo total size up to 2MB)
- The ORGANIZER has the absolute right to exclude from evaluation ALL recipes that do not meet the previous conditions (incomplete application, incomplete or incorrect data entry for the recipe)
Note:
Each message (recipe) must be suitable for public publication, must not contain mocking expression, use of vulgar words or other inappropriate words, must not contain defamation or insult (including words that are known to the general public to be offensive to certain individuals racial, ethical, religious affiliation, sexual orientation and socio-economic groups), must not contain threats to a person, business, group and world peace, must not violate privacy and other human and rights of business and other entities. Otherwise, the registered participant will be disqualified. According to such applications and texts, the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia will be acted upon.
DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
The competition lasts from 01.11.2018. until 31.12.2018. at midnight.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Once you have posted a message (recipe), you cannot change it.
- The contest organizer may, at its sole discretion, remove, delete or disqualify your recipe if it deems it inappropriate or unsatisfactory in accordance with the contest rules.
- The person who submits the recipe will be considered a participant.
- If a group of individuals decides to participate in the competition together, then they must choose a person who will represent them during the competition, who will accept the rules of participation and who will receive the prize at the expense of the whole group if they are awarded.
- You are not limited by the number of recipes you can submit.
A SELECTION OF THE BEST RECIPES
- The winners of the contest are selected by the evaluation of the jury formed by the Organizer
- All awarded participants will be notified via the contact they left during registration, no later than 30 days after the end of the contest period.
- All prizes are collected in person, based on the ORGANIZER's notification and invitation to participate in the prize announcement, unless otherwise agreed between the ORGANIZER and the awarded participant.
- In the event that the notification is not received, or if the awarded participant is unable to receive the prize within 30 days of the notification being sent, the participant loses the right to claim the prize after that period.
- Prize fund: winning recipes will be awarded with the book Traditional Recipes of Home Serbian Cuisine. Any additional prize pool will be published on the Recipes and Kuvar online portal, no later than 30 days before the publication of the prizes.
OTHER INFORMATION
The contest organizer has the exclusive right to decide on all questions and disputes that arise in connection with this contest, all decisions of the contest organizer are final and binding for the contest participants.
Exchange of the prize is not possible unless the contest organizer approves it. By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by the rules, which are final and binding. If the contest does not take place as planned due to technical problems on the software system such as computer viruses, hacker activity, system crash and the like, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to end, change or postpone the contests, without any material or other obligations on that basis to to the participants of the competition.
The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:
- tries to jeopardize the process of selecting the winner at the Contest Organizer,
- violates the rules of the competition, rules of use of the Organizer of the competition.
- All possible disputes will be resolved exclusively before the court that has local jurisdiction over the seat of the Contest Organizer (competent court in Belgrade).
- The organizer of the contest is not responsible for any error in publishing incorrect information on the Recipes and Kuvar online portal.
