Raspberry treat – an irresistible treat!
Dessert with raspberries - Zuzana Grnja
- 300 gr of ground plasma
- 125 g butter
- 1 dl of milk
- 300 g of cream cheese
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 hour of sour cream (2dl.)
- 250 ml of sweet cream
- 500 g of raspberries
- 1,5 bag of gelatin
- For the crust, mix ground biscuits, butter and milk. Roll out the mass with your fingers in a round mold with a diameter of 26 cm. with pages that open.
- For the first filling, beat the cream cheese with half the sugar and sour cream, then add the whipped sweet cream and combine everything.
- Pour the filling over the already made crust and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
- For the second filling, boil the raspberries with the rest of the sugar and add the gelatin that you mixed with a little juice that was released by the fruit while it was thawing.
- Pour the cooled mixture over the cheese filling and flatten. When the gelatin hardens, remove the sides of the mold and serve.
