Lean bajadera cake - a lean cake that melts in your mouth. Ideal for Lenten celebrations.

for dough x3

  • 170 ml of sour water
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 6 spoons of flour
  • 2 spoons of cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons of biscuits (ground, lean)
  • 2 tablespoons jam (optional)
  • 0,5 teaspoon of baking soda

for the filling:

  • 500 g of sugar
  • 25 cups of water
  • 300 g of biscuits
  • 150 g of chocolate
  • 500 g of margarine
  • 500 g of marshmallows
  • 600 ml of sour water
  • 2 stangle chocolates (grated)
  1. It is necessary to beat three crusts. Add one ingredient at a time. Beat with a mixer at low speed

  2. Bake in a tray on baking paper for 15 minutes at 150 C.

  3. For the filling, you need to boil the sugar and water as for the classic bajadera. Remove from the heat and add nuts, biscuits, chocolate and cool. Beat the margarine until foamy and mix with the cold filling. Beat 200 g of custard with 250 ml of sour water and add to the filling. Combine with a mixer. Beat the remaining 300 g of custard with 350 ml of sour water.

  4. Filling: crust, filling with chocolate, custard and so on until you use up all the ingredients.
