Lean stew with Swiss chard - a very healthy and refreshing stew that I always enjoy preparing...
- 1 piece of onion (finely chopped)
- 1 piece of carrot (smaller, finely grated)
- 50 g of noodles
- 300 g Swiss chard or spinach (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of spices
- 1 spoons of density
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil.
Then add the grated carrot and mix everything well. - Add washed and chopped spinach or swiss chard to the broth and pour 2 dl. of water and simmer further at a moderate temperature.
If necessary, add more water. - Five minutes before the end of cooking, add the broken noodles and continue cooking.
- Then mix 1 spoonful of the thickener in a little water and pour it into the broth, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat.
- We toast the bread cut into cubes and add to the broth....
