Lean potato pie with homemade crusts - this pie is the "handiwork" of my daughter Vesna, my job was photography.
Lean potato pie, for the crust you need:
- 0,5 kg of flour
- 3 dl of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoons of oil
Lean potato pie, for the filling you need:
- 400 grams of peeled potatoes
- 300 grams of onion
- 1,5 dl oil
- some pepper
Lenten potato pie, preparation:
- Knead the dough from all the necessary ingredients, divide into 4 dumplings.
- Cover the dough with a cloth napkin and let it rest for fifteen minutes.
- Roll out each noodle to the size of a plate with a rolling pin and coat with oil, then leave the dough to rest for about fifteen minutes.
- Roll out each noodle with your hands on a table covered with a tablecloth.
- While the dough was resting, prepare the filling. Grate the potatoes in one bowl, and chop the onion in another, add a little salt and pepper.
- Spread the grated potato over the crust, then the onion and pour 2 tablespoons of oil over it. With the help of a tablecloth, wrap the pie and place it in a greased pan. Do the same with the other crusts.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie for twenty minutes until golden brown.
- Leave the baked pie to cool a little, cut it and serve it.
