Lean pie with cabbage - Ljiljana Stanković
- 1 package of pie crust
- 1 head of sauerkraut
- 1 stalk of leek
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 spoon of ground paprika
- Finely chop the sauerkraut. Fry sauerkraut in a little oil, then add more oil if necessary and simmer until soft.
- In the meantime, add finely chopped leeks and stew everything together. Add a little water from time to time and continue stewing. Leave the stewed cabbage to cool
- Cut the peels in half lengthwise and sprinkle with a little oil. Spread a little filling in the middle of the crust, then fold the sides towards the middle and roll into a triangle. Cover the tray with baking paper and place the shaped triangles in it. Bake in a heated oven at 250c. about 20 min. until golden brown.
