Lean pie with spinach and mushrooms - this pie was mixed by my son Dragan, we ate it for dinner, if you like spinach and mushrooms, I suggest you make it.

Lean pie with spinach and mushrooms, ingredients:

For the crusts:

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 3 dl of sour water
  • a little oil for coating the crust

For the filling:

  • 1,5 dl oil
  • 300 grams of frozen spinach
  • 1 leek
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • salt to taste

Lean pie with spinach and mushrooms, preparation:

  • Knead the dough by mixing baking powder and salt into the dough and mixing everything with sour water.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts - 1 larger and XNUMX smaller.
  • Mix each piece into noodles, roll them out a little with a rolling pin, coat with oil and sprinkle with flour.
  • Leave them to "rest" for about fifteen minutes, turn them so that the biggest one is first. Roll it out thinly, so that it is larger than the pan in which you will bake the pie. Grease the tray with oil and lay the first crust. Prick with a fork.
  • Filling: cut the leek into thin circles in the heated oil, fry for a short time, then add the sliced ​​mushrooms, fry again, and finally add the spinach that you thawed previously. Fry a little more and add salt and spices as desired.
  • Add the prepared filling to the stretched crust, repeat the process with the other three crusts, they will be smaller and you will place them up to the edge of the pan.
  • File the back crust as well, transfer the ends that are over the edge of the pan over the back crust, coat them with a mixture of oil and sour water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake the pie in an oven heated to 200 degrees for about twenty minutes.
  • If you like fattier pies, you can add more oil, cover the baked pie with a cloth napkin, wait for it to cool a little and serve.
