Lean plasma cake.

Lean plasma cake, ingredients:

For the mixture:

  • 300 g of lean margarine,
  • 120 g of powdered sugar,
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
  • 600 g of fasting plasma biscuits,
  • 300 ml of carbonated orange juice.

For the frosting:

  • 150 g of low-fat cooking chocolate,
  • 3 tablespoons of oil.

Lean plasma cake, preparation:

  • Beat margarine with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer.
  • Add 300 g of ground plasma, 150 ml of juice and mix with a mixer.
  • Then add another 300 g of ground plasma, 150 ml of juice and combine with a mixer.
  • Put the cake ring on the tray and spread the prepared mixture.

For the frosting:

  • Break the cooking chocolate into cubes, put it in a saucepan, add oil and melt it in steam, then spread it over the mixture.
  • Leave it in the fridge overnight.
  • The next day, take the cake out of the freezer and remove the ring.
  • Cut the cake into pieces of the desired size, serve and serve.
