Lean plasma cake, ingredients:
For the mixture:
- 300 g of lean margarine,
- 120 g of powdered sugar,
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
- 600 g of fasting plasma biscuits,
- 300 ml of carbonated orange juice.
For the frosting:
- 150 g of low-fat cooking chocolate,
- 3 tablespoons of oil.
Lean plasma cake, preparation:
- Beat margarine with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer.
- Add 300 g of ground plasma, 150 ml of juice and mix with a mixer.
- Then add another 300 g of ground plasma, 150 ml of juice and combine with a mixer.
- Put the cake ring on the tray and spread the prepared mixture.
For the frosting:
- Break the cooking chocolate into cubes, put it in a saucepan, add oil and melt it in steam, then spread it over the mixture.
- Leave it in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, take the cake out of the freezer and remove the ring.
- Cut the cake into pieces of the desired size, serve and serve.
