Fast food differs from the one we usually prepare in that it does not contain fatty foods - eggs, cheese, yogurt and the like. In order for the proja prepared in this way to grow nicely, naturally carbonated mineral water is used.
You can enrich its taste by adding: various seeds, ajvar, leek, pumpkin, pepper, olives, oregano, ketchup, red pepper, mushrooms,... Proja prepared with carbonated water has a fine texture.

Lean proja differs from the one we usually prepare in that it does not contain fatty foods - eggs, cheese, yogurt and the like. In order for the proja prepared in this way to grow nicely, naturally carbonated mineral water is used.
- 0,5 cup corn flour
- 0,5 cup corn grits
- 1 cup flour (plain)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (roasted)
- 1 cup of mineral water (recommended Radenska mineral water)
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil (or any other oil of your choice)
- 2 spoons of ajvar
- Combine all dry ingredients,
- Add liquid and whisk.
- Oil the baking sheet, sprinkle with flour and bake for about 30 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
