Lenten rose caramel cake (cubes) - the usual way of preparing Rosen cake is with walnuts and sugar, pink, glaze.
Of course, there are variations on the theme: Rosen plus, Rosen with hazelnuts, Rosen with poppy seeds... You can use the cover for Rosen cake in many ways. I decided to make Rosen Caramel Cake ie. cake (I classify the cake in the category: small cakes).
This is a lean variant, for the fatty variant, replace the margarine with butter, and the lean plasma with fatty. You can use any ground biscuit, but in my opinion plasma gives a better taste.

Lenten rose caramel cake (cubes) - the usual way of preparing rosen cake is with walnuts and sugar, pink, glaze.
- 6 pieces of crust for a rose cake
- 300 g of sugar
- 220 ml of water
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 200 g of margarine
- 300 g walnuts (finely ground)
- 100 g of lean biscuit (ground)
Frosting:
- 150 g dark chocolate (or white chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 4 tablespoons of lean biscuits (ground)
- Caramelize the sugar at a lower temperature.
- When it gets a nice brown color, add water, vanilla sugar and margarine cut into cubes.
- Cook until all ingredients are combined.
- Stir in the walnuts, and when the mixture has cooled a little, add the ground biscuits.
- Pour the warm mixture into 4-5 parts and file the cake/cake.
- Press the rosen cake down with something heavy so that the crust and filling stick to each other.
- Keep in the fridge overnight.
- Cover with dark or white chocolate glaze and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
- When the glaze has set, cut into cubes or slices.
