Lean colorful salad - Javorka Filipović
Lenten colorful salad - a salad that you can eat always and not only as a lean appetizer.
- 250 g of rice
- 2 chopped boiled carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 cans of tuna
- 500 g of mushrooms
- so
- beaver
- pickles as desired
- Drain the rice, be careful not to split it, wash it well so that the grains are whole and do not stick together.
- Peel the carrot and cut it into cubes. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
- Saute 1 head of onion in a little oil, add chopped mushrooms and saute everything together until they soften. Season to taste.
- Chop the second onion and leave it in the vinegar for at least 30 minutes. After that time, drain it and add it to the rice.
- Mix all the prepared ingredients, season to taste and cool before serving.
Make the day before.
