Lenten colorful salad - a salad that you can eat always and not only as a lean appetizer.

  • 250 g of rice
  • 2 chopped boiled carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 500 g of mushrooms
  • so
  • beaver
  • pickles as desired
  1. Drain the rice, be careful not to split it, wash it well so that the grains are whole and do not stick together.
  2. Peel the carrot and cut it into cubes. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
  3. Saute 1 head of onion in a little oil, add chopped mushrooms and saute everything together until they soften. Season to taste.
  4. Chop the second onion and leave it in the vinegar for at least 30 minutes. After that time, drain it and add it to the rice.
  5. Mix all the prepared ingredients, season to taste and cool before serving.
Make the day before.
