Lenten cake with a honey heart - a wonderful Lenten cake, where you always ask for a piece more... 😉
- 700 ml fante (orange)
- 1 package of margarine
- 6 spoon of sugar
- 3 bags of vanilla pudding
- 5 spoons of powdered sugar
- 400 g of biscuits (lean)
- 400 g of honey heart
- Preparation: 600 ml of fante - to boil. Make the pudding with sugar, then add 100 ml of fanta and pour everything together into the boiling fanta, stirring continuously until the pudding thickens.
- Cool, then add whipped margarine with powdered sugar to the cooled mixture.
- Filling: melt 200 g of lean biscuits in a pan and arrange on a cake tray, then spread the filling and arrange the honey heart pierced with a fork and dipped in the pan. Fill again, then biscuit, then fill again and put either whipped cream or melted chocolate on top.
