Lenten autumn cubes - a wonderful Lenten cake with pumpkin that has a very pleasant and unusual taste...

Required for the crust:

  • 200 g of pumpkin (finely grated (fresh))
  • 4 spoon of honey
  • 5 spoon of sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 20 spoons of flour (T - 400 soft)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 0,5 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 dl oil
  • 3 dl of sour water

Required for the filling:

  • 500 ml of water
  • 2 bags pudding powder (banana flavor)
  • 10 spoon of sugar
  • 150 g of margarine
  • 100 g of pumpkin (roasted and mashed)

Preparing the crust:

  1. Combine everything powdery (flour, pastry, vanilla, soda) and add oil, honey, sour water and grated pumpkin.
    Pour the mixture into a baking tray (36×36) and bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
    Cut the baked crust into two equal parts.
    Coat both parts with melted chocolate (100g of chocolate and a cube of margarine).

Preparation of the filling:

  1. Boil water with sugar, then add the whipped pudding and cook until the pudding thickens. Cool, then add roasted and mashed pumpkin and whipped margarine to the cooled mixture.
    Fill the skins...decorate as desired.
