Lean rolls.
Lenten rolls, ingredients:
For the dough:
- 300 ml of water,
- 2 spoons of sugar,
- 25 g of fresh yeast,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
- 60 g of lean margarine,
- 650 g of flour,
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
For the filling:
- 150 g of lean chocolate.
To coat:
- 2 tablespoons of water,
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
For sprinkling:
- if necessary, powdered sugar
Lean rolls, preparation:
For the dough:
- Crumble the yeast in 100 ml of lukewarm water, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, mix and leave to rise.
- Pour flour into a deep bowl, add 200 ml of lukewarm water, vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, oil, added yeast, melted margarine and knead the dough.
- Cover with transparent cling film and leave to rise.
- Transfer the resulting dough to a floured work surface and divide it into two parts, forming noodles.
- Roll out the noodles with a rolling pin and cut into 8 triangles.
- Place a piece of chocolate on each triangle.
- Roll up the rolls and arrange them in a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Leave to stand while the oven heats up.
- Combine the oil and hot water, and coat the rolls with the help of a silicone brush.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove the finished rolls from the oven, cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave to cool.
- Sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar, serve and serve.
